Job Description

Thrive - Bolton are currently looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.

Hours: Shifts across a 24-hour operation, Monday to Sunday (10am starts and onwards). 11-hour shifts on average.

Pay Rates (2 payment options):

PAYE: £155 per day midweek, £173 per day on weekends
Rolled up: £170 per day midweek, £190 per day on weekendsLocation: w, WA4.

Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.

The role:

As part of a 24/7 operation, you'll be trunking trailers for major parcel companies.
Covering routes mostly from the Northwest to Nuneaton/Rugby and Dundee etc.
Flexible start times advance bookings.
Average 11-hour shifts.
Ongoing work with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.Requirements:

Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E).
Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Minimum of 1 year proven experience driving the relevant vehicle (however, assessments available for those will less and is considered on a case by case basis).
Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence (minor offences only).
Ability to work efficiently on long-haul runs.
Reliable, professional, and committed to high safety standards
Full understanding of WTD legislation.
