Job Description

CLASS 1 TRAMPER DRIVER 

Full Time
From £42,000pa 
Permanent 
Own Truck
Night Out £26.20  

The Job Role

We are looking for a reliable Class 1 driver to carry out nationwide general haulage deliveries. You will be responsible for safely transporting mixed freight.

Long-distance general haulage deliveries across the UK
4-5 nights out per week (tramping)
Safe loading, securing, and unloading of goods
Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
Following driving hours and transport regulations
Maintaining a clean and tidy sleeper cab
Providing excellent customer service at delivery points 

What do you need to be a successful Class 1 Driver

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
General haulage or tramping experience preferred
Good knowledge of UK road networks
