What you’ll be doing

Supervising classes during teacher absence and ensuring learning continues smoothly
Supporting pupils as they work through pre-prepared lesson materials
Maintaining a positive, calm, and focused learning environment 
Providing a consistent and approachable presence to help the school day run seamlessly 
You don’t need QTS for this role, just experience working with young people, confidence, good communication, and the ability to bring calm energy into a busy classroom!
