Cleaning Technician - Paddock Wood TN12 6UT

Hours: 13:00–21:00, 6 days per week, with weekend shifts on a rotating basis.
Contract: Permanent, full time
Pay: £13.00 per hour — paid monthly
Start: ASAP

We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Technician for one of our high-profile Warehouses in Paddock Wood. This is a role for professionals who take genuine pride in their work, hold themselves to elite standards, and understand that presentation is everything.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a company long term and grow with the business.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the offices are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties include:

  * Clean and sanitize warehouse areas including floors, walls, shelving, and equipment

  * Remove waste, packaging materials, and debris promptly

  * Follow strict hygiene and food safety standards (e.g. HACCP guidelines)

  * Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly

  * Carry out deep cleaning tasks as scheduled

  * Report spillages, hazards, or maintenance issues immediately

  * Ensure cleaning logs and records are completed accurately

Requirements:

  * Previous cleaning experience preferred

  * Strong attention to detail

  * Ability to work independently

  * Reliability and good timekeeping

Hours Working hours:
13:00–21:00, 6 days per week, with weekend shifts on a rotating basis
