Manchester City Centre - office based

£35,000 - £40,000 basic + bonus

About the Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our client journey. Your mission? To ensure every interaction is warm, professional, and reassuring-from the very first enquiry to the later stages of the financial planning process. Here's what you can expect:

Build Trust: Establish meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing guidance every step of the way.
Deliver Excellence: Coordinate with Financial Advisers and the wider team to ensure a seamless and outstanding client experience.
Keep Clients Informed: Arrange key meetings and keep clients updated on progress, reflecting our commitment to service and professionalism.What We're Looking For:
