Aerospace Inspector – Mitutoyo CMM Advantage
Ferndown, Dorset
Up to £20 per hour • Permanent • Growing Aerospace Manufacturer
We’re supporting a precision aerospace manufacturer in Ferndown that is expanding its inspection team due to continued growth and an upcoming retirement. They are looking to bring in one–two skilled Inspectors with strong experience across complex machined components.
What you’ll be doing
* First‑off, in‑process and final inspection of precision‑machined aerospace parts
* Using a range of metrology equipment to tight tolerances
* Working with complex components in a high‑integrity environment
* Supporting quality processes and maintaining documentation to aerospace standards
What they’re looking for
* Strong background in aerospace or high‑precision engineering inspection
* Confident inspecting complex machined components
* Mitutoyo CMM experience is a significant advantage
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
