Electrical Quality Control Inspector

As an Electrical Quality Control Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that electrical assemblies meet defined quality, technical, and workmanship standards. You’ll work closely with production and QA teams, supporting both compliance and continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities 
Carry out line and roving inspections on electrical assemblies
Inspect piece parts, cable assemblies, and completed units
Ensure products meet technical specifications and workmanship standards
Record and report non-conformances in line with internal processes
Log inspection results within inspection records and MRP systems
Support root cause analysis and ‘Right First Time’ initiatives
Work closely with manufacturing teams to maintain quality output
Attend and contribute to production and quality meetingsWhat They’re Looking For:
Experience as an Electrical Quality Control Inspector or similar
Background in aerospace, defence, or a regulated manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Experience inspecting electrical or cable assemblies
Familiar with IPC 610 / IPC 620 standards (ideally certified)
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to inspection
Confident working independently and as part of a teamWhat’s on Offer:
