The Role
We are looking for an experienced Programmer Setter Operator with strong proficiency in Fanuc controls. Experience with Heidenhain is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines (primarily Fanuc)

  * 

    Ensuring efficient machining processes and meeting production targets

  * 

    Conducting quality checks and maintaining high standards of accuracy

  * 

    Identifying and resolving machining issues

  * 

    Working collaboratively with the wider engineering team

What We’re Looking For:

  * 

    Strong experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC machines

  * 

    Heidenhain experience beneficial but not essential

  * 

    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

  * 

    A proactive, team-focused attitude

  * 

    High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
