CNC Machinist Turner
Coventry  Days Only (Fixed Shift)  £15.29/hr  Full-Time  Permanent

What's on Offer:

£15.29 per hour paid weekly
38 hours per week Monday to Thursday only
Fixed shift pattern (agreed at job offer):
Shift A: 06:0016:00
Shift B: 06:3016:30
(Each includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks)
Full-time, permanent position
6-month probationary period (standard company policy)
Based in Coventry ideal for candidates from Nuneaton, Hinckley, Rugby, Leicester
The Role CNC Machinist Turner:

Set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc/G-code controls
Machine components for gearboxes, transmission systems, and hydraulic drives
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Conduct quality checks to ensure all parts meet required tolerances
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organised
Work collaboratively with other machinists and team members
What You'll Need:

Experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Machinist or CNC Lathe Operator
Confident setting and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc/G-code)
Ability to read technical engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Right to work in the UK
