CNC Turner – Poole
 Salary: £35,000–£46,000
 Shifts Available: Days or Nights

If precision and quality are your priorities, this CNC Turner role is a fantastic opportunity to work on modern Fanuc or Mazak lathes in a well-established precision engineering business in Poole. This position is for experienced CNC Turners who can hit the ground running and deliver consistently accurate results.
You will be working on small to medium batch components where attention to detail is essential. The team values quality, efficiency, and a safe, tidy work environment, giving you the chance to contribute your skills to a business with a long-standing reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities for the CNC Turner:

Set and operate CNC lathes (Fanuc or Mazak controls)
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Select and change tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs
Complete first-off inspections and maintain tight tolerances
Record setup/run times and provide feedback to improve processes
Maintain a safe, clean, and quality-focused work areaEssential skills for the CNC Turner:

Proven CNC turning experience (multi-axis knowledge is a bonus)
Strong background with Fanuc or Mazak controls
Methodical, precise approach with pride in workmanship
CNC milling experience is advantageous but not requiredBenefits for the CNC Turner:
