What you’ll be doing
* Making outbound calls to customers to agree fair and realistic payment solutions
* Providing exceptional customer service while supporting business goals
* Handling inbound calls and resolving account queries professionally
* Taking secure payments over the phone
* Keeping customer accounts accurate, compliant, and up to date
What we’re looking for
* Experience in an outbound customer service or collections phone-based role
* A proven ability to deliver first-class customer experiences
* Confident using Microsoft Office and updating systems
* A clear, professional communicator who’s comfortable speaking with customers by phone
* Friendly, proactive, and able to build rapport with ease
