The Role

As the Commercial Manager, you’ll oversee contract management and ensure compliance with NEC4 standards. 
Collaborate closely with the projects team to deliver value for money checks on various contracts. 
Manage day-to-day transactional activities and support governance processes. 
Implement process improvements while maintaining clear lines of communication with stakeholders. 
Monitor and manage risk while ensuring contract liabilities and scope are well understood.  
You

Essential expertise in NEC4 contract management. 
Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software. 
Clear communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 
A proactive and methodical approach to contract execution. 
Experience in managing commercial aspects of facilities management.
