Job Description

Commercial Property Paralegal (Minimum 2+ Years' Experience) Newark | Full Time | Permanent | Office Based We are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its busy property team at their Newark office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years' experience in commercial property, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional legal environment. The Role The successful candidate will support the firm's commercial property team and will be involved in a range of matters including: Assisting with commercial sales and purchases Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence Carrying out legal research and due diligence Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties Supporting fee earners throughout transactions from instruction through to completion This role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop further within a well-established property team. The Firm Our client is a longstanding and reputable firm with a strong presence in the region. The Newark office offers a friendly and supportive working environment, and the firm places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, team culture, and work-life balance.
