You will be part of the export sales team, coordinating orders, quotations, and customer communications across international markets. This role involves supporting export customers to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipments run smoothly, and customers receive exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales support, or export administration, with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
What's involved for the Customer Support Coordinator…
Process export and intercompany sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare quotations, ensuring all commercial and technical information is clearly communicated.
Follow up on quotations, record feedback, and monitor conversion rates.
Manage the export inbox, order books, and related documentation.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and lead times.
Handle warranty claims, customer complaints, and support credit control queries.
Prepare export documentation, including certificates, declarations, and shipping paperwork.
Assist with price updates, invoicing, and departmental improvement projects.
Provide cover for colleagues during holidays or sickness to maintain seamless service.What you'll need…
Experience in export administration, sales support, or customer service.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
