Salary: from £33,000.00 per annum plus a 17.5% annual bonus and Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

What you'll be doing;
  * Provide technical support and guidance to quote and technically assess enquiries from customers, contractors, sales representatives and other Veolia divisions including Industrial Services
  * Liaise with operational staff, logistics and customers to ensure collections comply with appropriate company procedures and legislative requirements
  * You will ensure the efficient management of customer enquiries via the Salesforce CRM system
  * Liaise with third party disposal outlets to ensure competitive rates are agreed
  * To have direct contact with internal and external customers, providing guidance on legislation, advice on waste management and assisting customers with their waste disposal requirements
What we're looking for;
  * Chemistry degree or equivalent qualification
  * Previous experience gained within the waste management industry
  * Previous experience gained in a customer service role is desirable
