Compliance Coordinator

Surrey | Hybrid (2 days WFH) | C. £38,000 + bonus 

Ready to build a career with one of the world's largest dairy suppliers? My client is looking for an organised, detail‑driven Compliance Coordinator to join their growing team. If you're passionate about food safety, sustainability, and making a real impact across packaging and supplier compliance, this is a role where you'll thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Head of Compliance, and Supplier Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping products, processes and suppliers fully compliant with UK & EU standards, customer requirements, and internal quality expectations.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting technical compliance programmes across packaging & supplier assurance
Maintaining accurate technical specs, audit records and compliance documents
Assisting with supplier audits, performance monitoring and follow‑up actions
Supporting packaging trials and validation documentation
