Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Leadership scale (dependent on experience)
We are working in partnership with Leigh Academy Minster to recruit an outstanding Director of Learning – Computing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Computing specialist to take on a strategic leadership role within a forward-thinking and ambitious academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Computing department, driving high standards of teaching and learning
Oversee curriculum planning to ensure it is innovative and industry-relevant
Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve outcomes
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Computing within the UK curriculum
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior role
