This is a hands-on operational F&B role, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of events from set-up through to completion.

Oversee the smooth running of conferences, weddings, parties and other functions
Lead the operational delivery of events, ensuring excellent service throughout
Coordinate with the wider F&B team to ensure every event runs smoothly
Support and lead the team during busy events
Maintain high standards of food, beverage and customer service
Respond confidently to guest requirements and resolve any issues
Help ensure the venue is fully prepared before each eventWhat we're looking for

Previous experience in an operational hospitality or F&B role
Experience within a hotel environment is preferred
