Construction Project Manager
Location: St Asaph (Site-Based)
Hours: 42.75 per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
Integra People are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business for an experienced Construction Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation delivering a wide range of high-quality projects across both public and private sectors.

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering construction projects from concept through to completion. Acting as the key day-to-day client interface, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and programmes
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Manage procurement of materials, labour, and resources efficiently
Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and contractual requirements
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
Produce and present regular project reports to senior management and clients
Work closely with the commercial team to ensure effective cost management
Oversee quality control and adherence to design specifications
Manage site teams where required, including resource planning and performance management
Capture key project learnings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain strong financial oversight across all project stages
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
Degree or HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards
Proven leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Good IT proficiency
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence
