Refurbishment Contracts Manager

Location: Milton Keynes (regional site travel required)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Vehicle/Pool Car + Fuel Card + Pension

A growing specialist roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Refurbishment Contracts Manager with strong technical expertise in both pitched and flat roofing systems.

This is a delivery-focused role managing multiple live refurbishment projects across residential and commercial sectors.

The Role:

Oversee refurbishment contracts involving pitched (tiles, slates) and flat roofing systems (felt, single ply, membranes)
	
Manage direct labour and subcontract roofing teams
	
Ensure programme, quality and budget control across multiple sites
	
Prepare and implement RAMS
	
Conduct regular site audits and quality inspections
	
Liaise with clients and suppliers throughout project lifecycle

Essential Experience:

Demonstrable background managing both pitched and flat roofing refurbishment projects
	
Strong technical knowledge of roofing materials, build-ups and detailing
	
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
	
SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
	
CSCS required
	
Full UK Driving Licence
