We're working closely with a well-established and growing legal firm in Sheffield who are looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to their residential property team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive firm where you'll play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress efficiently and accurately from start to finish.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and legal support to fee earners, helping to keep matters running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
Preparing and managing legal documentation
Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third-party organisations
Handling general conveyancing administration and file management
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression of matters

About You

Previous experience working within conveyancing is essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
