The Role
Working closely with experienced solicitors, you’ll be at the heart of the conveyancing process, supporting transactions from instruction through to completion, while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities

Support solicitors with a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions
*
Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds
*
Conduct property searches and assist with due diligence processes
*
Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
*
Act as a key point of contact, liaising confidently with clients, estate agents, and third parties
*
Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the wider legal team
About You
*
A Scots Law degree, with experience in a conveyancing or paralegal role
*
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*
A confident communicator, both written and verbal
*
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management systems is advantageous
