Job Description

REAL TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY AFTER 3 MONTHS BASED ON PERFORMANCE 
OVERTIME AVAILABLE AFTER 37.5 HOURS 
EXCELLENT WEEKEND RATES 
£200 QUARTERLY ATTENDANCE BONUS 
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED 
 
Staffline are recruiting FLT Drivers/Warehouse Operatives to work at our prestigious client's site based in Lichfield, Fradley Park. 
 
Rates of pay are as follows: 
 
DAYS 06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00 Shifts 
 
- £14.14 - Basic Rate 
- £18.80 - Overtime rate (applies after 37.5 hours) 
- £21.21 - Saturday and Sunday 
 
AFTERNOONS 12:00 - 20:00 Shift 
 
- £14.68 - Basic Rate 
- £19.53 - Overtime rate (applies after 37.5 hours) 
- £22.03- Saturday and Sunday 
 
MUST HOLD A FLT LICENSE AND HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE 
WEEKLY BONUS OF £9.62 WHEN WORKING ON THE FLT 
 
Your Time at Work 
As a Forklift Counterbalance driver at this site, you'll be working in a busy environment, and your duties will include: 
- Driving an FLT Counterbalance 
- Loading and unloading car parts 
- Stacking Pallets 
- FLT checks 
Some computer work may be required in this role. 
 
Our Perfect Worker 
The ideal candidate will: 
- Have at least 6 months of previous experience working with an FLT Counterbalance 
- A keen eye for detail to ensure correct goods are always picked 
- Display a good attitude and conduct themselves in a professional manner 
- Be reliable, have good timekeeping skills and be prepared to be flexible 
- Work to an accurate standard ensuring quality is met 
- Be structured and able to work on their own imitative or work as part of a team 
 
Interviews will be held immediately. Due to the site location, it would be a distinct advantage if you have your own transport.
