Job Description

Select Industrial are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading company within their industry. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

 This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and involved across multiple areas of production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks within busy factory and yard environments
Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
Move materials and goods around site in a safe and timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within work areas
Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures
Essential Requirements

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (MUST HAVE)
Proven experience operating Counterbalance Forklift
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining high safety standards
