Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance (CB) / MHE licence to join a busy warehouse operation in Northampton. This role involves operating machinery as well as supporting general warehouse duties, including manual handling and heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities

  * Operate Counterbalance (CB) forklift trucks safely and efficiently

  * Carry out general warehouse duties as required

  * Load and unload goods from vehicles

  * Move and store stock within the warehouse

  * Assist with picking, packing, and dispatch activities

  * Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  * Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements

  * Valid and accredited MHE/Counterbalance licence (e.g., RTITB or ITSSAR)

  * Proven experience operating CB/MHE equipment

  * Willingness to perform a variety of warehouse tasks

  * Ability to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting

  * Strong work ethic and reliability
