Cover Supervisor - Redbridge, London

Are you organised, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in education?

We're seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join a dynamic and welcoming Primary School in Redbridge, providing essential classroom support to teachers and pupils.

This is a term-time only position, offered at a daily rate, with an immediate start available.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment when teachers are absent. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a focused, engaging atmosphere
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and assisting students with their learning
Reporting student progress and any concerns to teaching staff and senior leaders
Supporting the wider school community where needed
Ensuring lessons run smoothly and effectivelyPay: £110 - £150 per day

About You

Experience working with primary students (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and proactive
A genuine passion for supporting young people's learning and wellbeing
