This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with a background in sports coaching and youth work with a strong can-do attitude who wants to make a difference in education.

What does a Cover Supervisor do?

* Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly
* Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track
* Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment
