Job Title: Cover Supervisor, Secondary School (Rugby – CV21)
Start Date: April 2026 or Immediate
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £100–£120 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly

Job Description:
We are working with a Secondary School in CV21 Rugby who are seeking a Cover Supervisor to deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4. The school provides a supportive environment and clear behaviour policies.

You will manage classroom behaviour, ensure pupils remain on task and provide support during lessons.

Key Requirements:
• Experience working with young people
• Confident classroom presence
• Strong behaviour management
• Two references
• Right to work in the UK
