Job Description

Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant, SEND School (Rugby – CV21)
Start Date: April 2026 or Immediate
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly

Job Description:
We are supporting a SEND School in CV21 Rugby who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with additional needs including autism and SEMH. The school offers a supportive and well-resourced environment.

You will provide structured support, assist with behaviour management and help pupils engage with learning activities.

Key Requirements:
• Experience supporting SEND pupils
• Calm and resilient approach
• Two recent and relevant references
• Right to work in the UK
