Cover Supervisors Needed – Leicester & Leicestershire

We’re expanding into Leicestershire!

We are looking for reliable, confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our growing education recruitment team and provide day-to-day and long-term cover across secondary schools in Leicester and the surrounding Leicestershire area.

With 25 years of experience in education recruitment, we understand what schools need and, more importantly, what candidates expect from a recruitment agency.

    Have experience working with secondary-aged pupils

  * 

    Are confident managing a classroom and maintaining good behaviour

    Can deliver work set by the class teacher

    Are reliable, professional and adaptable

  * 

    Have a genuine interest in supporting young people

  * 

    Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Learning Mentor, Instructor or within a similar education role
