Job Description

Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Groundworker to join a busy construction project in Cambridge. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual with strong experience in all aspects of groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a range of groundworks including drainage, footings, and foundations
Installing kerbs, edging, and paving
Concreting and finishing works
Working alongside plant operators and site teams
Reading and working from site drawings when required
Maintaining a safe and tidy work area and following all health and safety proceduresRequirements:

Proven experience as a Skilled Groundworker on construction sites
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Experience with drainage, ducting, and general groundworks
Ability to work from drawings and follow site instructions
Good understanding of site health and safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
