Your responsibilities as Skilled Butcher

Carry out boning, trimming, and cutting to required specifications
Work to targets for yield, quality, and throughput
Operate knives, saws, and tools safely and efficiently
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in chilled conditions
Follow SOPs and meet customer product requirements
Handle products manually
What we’re looking for in a Skilled Butcher

Proven experience in boning and trimming
Strong knife skills with accuracy and speed
Understanding of yield optimisation and trimming techniques
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work effectively in chilled, physically demanding environments
Hours of Work

40–45 hours per week
Rotating day off each week
4-day weekend every 5 weeks
