Must have’s

  * Previous experience handling a high volume of telephone calls in a professional environment

  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm and confident telephone manner

  * Strong organisational and time management skills

  * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  * Confident using computers and learning new software systems

  * Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

  * Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative

  * Passion for delivering outstanding customer or patient service

  * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept feedback

Nice to have’s

  * Previous experience within a healthcare or clinical environment

  * Experience using appointment booking or practice management software

  * Experience in sales, customer retention or converting enquiries into appointments

  * Experience managing diaries or coordinating schedules

So, what will you be doing?

Welcoming patients and delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience

Managing patient arrivals, departures and appointment bookings

Answering telephone enquiries and responding to patient queries

Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records

Coordinating clinic administration and supporting day-to-day operations

Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising equipment

Maintaining stock levels and assisting with footwear enquiries

Supporting clinicians and colleagues to ensure the clinic runs efficiently

Providing reception cover during busy periods and where required

Helping to create a welcoming, organised and professional environment for every patient
