Lead, coach, and support a team of four New Car Sales Executives and one Business Manager to meet and exceed sales targets

Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring best practices are followed and customer feedback is valued
Organise and oversee sales events to generate strong commercial results
Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data

Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategiesRequirements for the New Car Sales Manager:

Proven experience at a Sales Manager level within a small to medium franchise-approved car dealership is highly desirable
