Customer Service Administrator
£12.71 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Temporary with the potential to lead to permanent
Concept Recruitment are working with our client based in Bradford BD4 to recruit an experienced customer service administrator on a temp basis – this could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders
* Process orders, invoices, returns, and refunds
* Maintain and update customer records and internal systems
* Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, accounts, logistics)
* Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
You will need:
* Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team
* Competent MS Office
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
