Our client is a well-established and expanding manufacturing business based in Petersfield. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.

The Role
Working closely with the sales and operations teams, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while providing administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Liaising with various departments to resolve customer and order-related queries
Checking orders for errors and resolving discrepancies where required
Monitoring out-of-stock orders and checking stock availability across multiple warehouse locations
Generating shipping labels and dispatch documentation
Updating orders with accurate tracking information
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer information is up to date
Assisting with general office administration as requiredThe Person
Previous administration, customer service, sales support, or order processing experience in a similar environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer system
Package
Salary from £27,000pa+ DOE
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
