IMH Recruitment are seeking Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Shireoaks, Worksop.
In the role of Customer Account Specialist, you will be operating as the key contact for all matters dedicated to your specified accounts. This will include overseeing and developing the operation of these accounts to ultimately build strong long-lasting, profitable customer relationships. You will be expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully to connect not only with external clients but also varied internal stakeholders. Improving the entire customer experience will be at the forefront of what is expected from you.
Key Tasks:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
* Providing Hyper Care services to frustrated customers
* Communicate effectively and positively with all staff
* Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate and timely management of customs documents, guaranteeing solutions are delivered in line with customer needs and objectives.
* Perform spot-check calls for all customers.
* Monitoring repeated customer issues, addressing concerns and escalating where necessary to achieve resolution.
Requirements:
* At least 1 years customer service experience
* Ideally a background of working with / supporting clients.
* Ability to communicate and present information to all stakeholders.
* Exposure of working with client relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications. Confident in delivering client-focused solutions.
* Ability to work accurately and to detail as well as managing multiple tasks.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Hours and Pay:
Starting at £27,000 – 29,000.
3 week rotation:
7AM – 3:30PM
9AM – 5:30PM
10:30AM – 7PM
Monday – Friday
