Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their ever expanding team as a customer service advisor.
Ideally you will have a background in some form of face to face customer service whether that is from retail, hospitality or a call centre background or have worked anywhere else where you have had to deal with the public both face to face and on the phone.
You must be keen to learn and develop, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and like dealing with people!
You MUST have your own transport and hours are Monday to Friday only 8.30am to 5pm
The role will involve:
Taking orders.
Dealing with queries regarding orders and deliveries by phone and email.
Speaking to customers on the phone.
Understanding and discussing products in depth.
Inputting data onto their CRM system.
