About the Role:

  * Act as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the vehicle lifecycle

  * Meet & greet customers and collect diagnostic information

  * Liaise with workshop and allied departments

  * Approve additional work and manage vehicle logistics

  * Upsell products and services

  * Update CRM with accurate customer and vehicle information

  * Provide reception cover when required

What We’re Looking For:

  * Keyloop / Kerridge experience – Essential

  * Previous customer service experience

  * Professional, personable and organised

  * Previous dealership background – Essential

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8am–5pm

1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am–1pm
