Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Agents with previous telephony experience within Financial Services firms to join an exciting project in Edinburgh. 

 As a Customer Service Agent, you will be: 

Taking inbound calls on general service-related enquiries.
Supporting Vulnerable Customers.
Logging and updating systems relating to customer issues.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent with:

Financial services industry experience, including previous telephony roles.
Experience in resolving customer queries and updating client systems.
Ability to commute to Edinburgh for onsite working. 
This will be an initial 3-month contract, with a start date scheduled for 26th January 2026, but comes with the likely option to extend further for successful candidates. 

 You will be working Monday-Friday, (37.5 hours per week) full time on client site in Edinburgh. 

 In return, you will receive a salary of £150 per day, via an umbrella company.
