Pay rate: £13.45 - £20.18

Contract Type: Full Time

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for Customer Service Agent to start immediately for our client based in Bury St Edmunds.

The successful Customer Service Agent will receive:

£13.45/h basic

£20.18/h overtime (after 7.5hrs per day)

Guaranteed 37.5hrs per week

Subsidised onsite canteen

Free car parking

28 days holiday prorated on PAYE

What to expect as a Customer Service Agent:

Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am, you will be part of a busy customer service operation for a well-established fuel provider.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling a high volume of customer calls

Responding to customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner

Providing accurate information and resolving queries wherever possible

Updating customer information and records using computer systems

Ensuring customers receive a positive and efficient service

Working closely with colleagues to manage busy periods and maintain excellent service levels

As a Customer Service Agent you must:

Previous experience in a call enter environment

Computer literacy

Polite & professional able to handle high volume of customer calls.
