The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Customer Service Coordinators to ensure all homeowner issues and defects are resolved efficiently in line with the company’s ‘Fix in 30’ commitment and NHQC standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent, high-quality experience by managing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and supporting the Director of Customer Service in achieving departmental objectives.
The Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for processing and managing all departmental invoices, ensuring timely approvals, and awareness of departmental spend.
Key Responsibilities:
* Line Management of the Customer Service Coordinators
* Hold bi-weekly meetings and 1:1 with the Coordinators
* Oversee the effective management of Salesforce
* Process all supplier and contractor invoices each month, maintaining oversight of contract charges and departmental expenditure to ensure cost control
* Support coordinators with customer escalations before reaching the Director of Customer Service
