Customer Service Representative

Reigate - Office Based 

Full time - 35 hours Monday - Friday 

3 Month contract with the possibility of the role becoming permanent

Do you have excellent customer service skills as well as professional telephone manner and are looking for a new opportunity to start immediately?

We're looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Services Representative to join a fantastic Customer serviced team based in Reigate, where you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries. If you're passionate about helping people and creating effortless customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

As part of our supportive and collaborative team, you'll handle a mix of inbound customer calls.

In this role, you will:

Respond to customer queries using a customer‑centric approach to deliver clear, positive outcomes.
Make outbound calls to third parties to gain the correct information.
Provide quotes and updated re-quotes over the phone.
Complete administrative tasks in line with company procedures.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer queries are answered efficiently and correctly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and third parties. 

What we're looking for

To thrive in this role, you'll be someone who genuinely cares about helping others and is motivated to deliver service that goes above and beyond. You will also need:

Previous experience in a customer service role.
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
The ability to explain complex information clearly
Passionate about delivering an excellent customer service experience
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
