Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and making a genuine difference. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Outcomes Executive to join a supportive and collaborative Customer Outcomes (Arrears) team on an initial six‑month temporary contract.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customers receive the right help at the right time-always with empathy, professionalism and a strong focus on positive outcomes.
💡 What You'll Be Doing
Providing sensitive and effective arrears support to customers, ensuring every interaction reflects empathy, respect and professionalism.
Using excellent listening skills to understand customer circumstances and agree affordable, tailored repayment solutions.
Managing customer accounts efficiently, resolving queries and ensuring every case aligns with regulatory standards, including Consumer Duty.
Applying your understanding of vulnerable customers to ensure fair treatment and outstanding customer care.
Working ethically, transparently and with a strong focus on delivering the best possible customer outcomes.
✅ What We're Looking For
Experience within customer service, collections, arrears or financial services and ideally the Automotive Sector
Confidence supporting customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable customers.
Strong working knowledge of Consumer Duty and regulatory expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
A self-motivated, organised individual with a flexible, team-focused attitude and great attention to detail.
Strong time management and the ability to work effectively under your own initiative.
