Salary - Up to £27,000.00

Location - Skinningrove, TS13 4ET

Pattern of Work – 36.5 hours, Monday - Friday

What you need to know about the role

As a Customer Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in understanding and addressing our customers’ needs while building strong, lasting relationships. Acting as the primary point of contact, you’ll engage regularly with customers, ensuring their expectations are exceeded through exceptional service and operational excellence.

Your key responsibility will be to serve as the bridge between customers and our internal teams, managing daily operational matters to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver a seamless experience.
