Your new company 
You'll be joining a well-established service-led business that supports customers across the UK. This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy and collaborative customer service team where the focus is on delivering a smooth, efficient and professional experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
This role would particularly suit someone with a background in housing, social housing, repairs & maintenance, property services or resident support who is looking to bring their customer service expertise into a new environment.
Your new role 

Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate complex issues where required.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure service levels are achieved.
Support customers through a variety of communication channels.
Deliver a high standard of customer care while managing multiple enquiries.
Ensure issues are followed through to resolution, keeping customers informed throughout.What you'll need to succeed 

Previous customer service experience is essential.
Experience within housing, social housing, repairs & maintenance, property management or resident services would be highly advantageous.
Comfortable handling a high volume of customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
Confident problem solver with a proactive approach.
Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
Be able to get to the office 5 days a week in Chadderton
