Customer Success Executive – Remote (SaaS)
Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)
Salary: £14 – £20 per hour (£28,000 – £40,000 equivalent)

About the Opportunity:
Vita CV is hiring on behalf of our client, a SaaS business focused on customer retention, onboarding, and long-term account value.
As the client base grows, the business needs a Customer Success Executive who can help new customers get set up properly, improve product adoption, and reduce avoidable churn.
About the Role:
You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, supporting onboarding, usage follow-up, and ongoing engagement.
This is a client-facing role where communication quality, responsiveness, and the ability to spot account risk early all matter. You will work closely with support, product, and commercial teams to improve customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Onboard 10–15 new customers per week through calls, walkthroughs, and follow-up emails
· Monitor product usage and identify accounts showing low engagement or risk signals
· Proactively reach out to customers to improve adoption and answer account-related questions
· Maintain CRM notes, success plans, and account activity updates accurately
· Coordinate with support and product teams on escalations or recurring issues
· Track retention, expansion, and engagement metrics across your account base
· Support renewal preparation and help reduce churn through timely intervention
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing support role
· Strong communication and relationship management skills
· Comfortable handling multiple accounts without losing structure or follow-up quality
· Ability to interpret usage data or account trends and act on them
· Professional written communication and confident stakeholder handling
· Organised approach to CRM updates, task management, and follow-through
Nice to Have:
· Experience working in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
· Familiarity with customer success tools, CRMs, or product analytics dashboards
· Exposure to retention, renewals, or expansion-focused account work
