We are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Doncaster (DN5) in their search for a DDSL & Inclusion Lead to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. 🔑 The Role

As DDSL & Inclusion Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting safeguarding and inclusion across the school. You will work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child has the support they need to thrive.

✅ We’re looking for someone with:

    Proven experience using the Doncaster Local Authority Mosaic system

  * 

    A strong background in completing Early Help referrals

  * 

    Experience working as an Early Help Practitioner

  * 

    A proactive, compassionate, and organised approach to safeguarding and inclusion

  * 

    The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families, and professionals
