About the Home & Organisation:

About the Role:
Support the Home Manager with daily operational leadership
Lead and mentor the staff team, modelling best practice
Support young people aged 8-18 to feel safe, valued and understood
Help create and maintain a therapeutic, structured environment
Support with rotas, staffing, recording and Ofsted compliance
Take responsibility during the Manager's absence
Encourage staff development and positive team culture
Contribute to continuous improvement and service development
Requirements:
2 years' experience in a residential children's home (Senior or Deputy)
Level 3 or 4 Children & Young People qualification
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Experience with staffing, rotas and basic budgeting
Motivated, proactive and confident in leading a team
Full UK Driving Licence
Flexible to work long day shifts and sleep-ins
