Excellent opportunity for a Design Engineer with a background in rail tracks, to join a global infrastructure business, who will fully invest in your career with fantastic learning & development schemes.

Due to further investments into the team, they are seeking additional Design Engineers 

You'll be working alongside a team of high-skilled design engineers, producing designs and drawings for turnouts and crossings the rail industry. You'll have full task ownership, getting involved in assisting the projects post design through to liaising to supply chain, with tasks including production of Bills of Materials and creating manufacturing instructions. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international business, working on highly interesting rail projects with full task ownership, with plenty of training (both internally and external) and long-term career prospects on offer. 

THE ROLE:
 *Designing and drawings track components for the rail industry 
 *Assisting with Bills of Materials and development of Manufacturing manuals 
 *Career Learning & Development 

THE PERSON: 
 *Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer 
 *AutoCAD 2D/3D
 *Experience designing for the rail industry - rail tracks, crossings, switches, turnouts
